Meet Mark and Elloise… A kind hearted, empathetic and beautiful couple who have known each other since the awkward days of being teenagers.
Mark, so I leant, always knew he would grow old this gorgeous lady. So what a feeling it must have been to finally marry the girl who he adored so much from the moment he met her. It is pretty hard not to be captivated by Ell’s presence. She is one of the most positive and beautiful spirited humans I have ever met. The whole day, every moment – she was smiling. A genuine, happy, appreciative smile… These guys are like two peas in a pod (that ol’ chestnut) and it is so clear to see. They compliment each other perfectly and I couldn’t be happier for them.
This was a wedding infused with Greek tradition, family history and Polynesian dancing – it was truly amazing. I love seeing tradition in weddings. I feel like we are slipping away from it somewhat so it’s almost refreshing to witness it. These guys have beautiful and incredibly supportive families and I can see that this will resonate with them both forever. I have never seen so much singing and dancing. Ever! And most certainly have not seen people drink shots of whiskey off the dance floor. The best.
Thank you Elloise and Mark for allowing me into such an important and intimate part of your lives. Thank you for trusting me. And thank you for that amazing custard filled Italian doughnut.
Enjoy…
Amore e pace
